What is the height of the building

The height of the building is the sum of the height of the main ledge and the height of the roof.  For buildings that do not exceed a height of more than 5 m there is no need for building permits. For agricultural buildings it is up to 7 m high.  For greenhouses and other small buildings such as pergolas or carports, the height of the building must not exceed 2 m. Otherwise, you need to apply for a building permit.  These parameters do not apply to listed buildings.  Whether your property is in a monument zone can be found at the nearest building office.
