What is a rough building

A rough building is a concept that is used in buildings that are in the raw state and are free of any aesthetic adjustment. There are no norms on how such a building should look like. It is always an agreement between the customer and the supplier. In some contracts, a staircase is included as part of a rough building, otherwise it may not be. Every company has its own idea of how to look like that. It is generally assumed that the gross structure should include at least the installed bases, vertical and horizontal load-bearing structures, a roof with all the necessary accessories such as a truss or chimney and a complete thermal insulation.
