The two - storey house of the Bernard Nordic pine 5.8x8.6m with a balcony is designed to accommodate a less numerous family. But you can also use it differently, like a workshop or relaxation room. Both the ground floor and the upper floor with an area of almost 50m² will be appreciated by those who want peace for their work. The house has a width of 44 mm .
Upstairs there are two separate rooms that you can use as a bedroom, a study or a workshop. From the room on the right is the entrance to the balcony that you can decorate with your favorite flowers or grow herbs on it. The balcony is also a great place for breakfast or afternoon coffee. Windows and glass doors are double glazed to provide plenty of daylight.
If you decide to use the house for year-round accommodation , guest accommodation and the like, you can enrich the blown mineral insulation .
The roof of a wooden house is designed for seamless drainage of water with inconspicuous gutter pipes. Flooring and roofing boards are designed with a pen-groove system, which is characterized by stability and trouble-free handling. The windows and doors are filled with double glazing. Outdoor shutters can easily ensure privacy, safety and reduce the cost of heating.
You can assemble the BERNARD prefabricated house by yourself or have it installed on us.
Delivery without assembly: the house is delivered with a palletized courier service - it is necessary to provide space for the truck entrance and the subsequent pallet composition.
Delivery including assembly: transport is charged individually.

Construction readiness:
In order to achieve maximum anchorage and safety, the customer has to prepare a suitable foundation for the construction. Top concrete slab or concrete beads (dice). It is necessary for the house to stand on a level, firm and stable surface.
