You can build the VINDEMA sunroom by yourself. Assembly is quick and easy, you can handle building it without any problems with two people. The VINDEMA MAXI sunroom is wider than the standard VINDEMA garden. It will provide you with additional 80 cm for relaxation and leisure.

It is called a summer sunroom because it is used mainly in the summer months, warm spring and autumn days. Seasonal conservatories are a suitable option for use during colder days.

Specifications

The construction is made of quality aluminum profiles in an elegant white color. The advantage of the aluminum frame is an easy maintenance and high corrosion resistance. The glazing of the side walls is made of clear acrylic glass, which you can know as plexiglass. This material is very resistant to UV rays and it is very difficult to scratch.

The roof of the sunroom is made of hollow panels that are very resistant to UV radiation. Part of the roof structure is an integrated gutter system for water drainage. Roof installation is easy because of the snap system (Nlock system). The roof can handle lots of snow; the load capacity is up to 150 kg / m².

It is an entirely different type of construction than the previous case. It is implemented concerning thermal bridges, which prevent heat transfer from the outside structure to the inside. This includes, for example, extensions to fully habitable rooms, bedrooms, living rooms and so on.What about ventilation in the sunroom?Each customer can choose the walls they wish to open. We can design full sliding walls around the entire perimeter of the conservatory or have only part of it openable. Everything is at the new owner's request. How to handle overheating in a sunroom? If the conservatory is likely to overheat, it is advisable to choose a milk-style roof. It protects against the sun and lets only part of the rays in. If the indoor climate becomes unbearable, the side walls can be opened at any time to let fresh air in.
